Crucio/Torture Curse spells by prof.mamakenzo

The three Unforgivable Curses are the Cruciatus Curse, which causes unbearable pain; the Imperius Curse, which allows the user to control the actions of the victim; and the Killing Curse, which causes instant death.

Imperius Curse

It was one of the most powerful and sinister spells known to wizard kind. When cast successfully, the curse placed the victim completely under the caster’s control, though a person with exceptional strength of will could resist it. A person under the curse was said to be Imperiused.

Killing Curse

When cast successfully on a living person or creature, the curse caused instantaneous and painless death, without causing any injury to the body, and without any trace of violence.

The only known counter-spell to the killing curse is sacrificial protection which uses the magic of love.However, one may dodge the green bolt or block it with a physical barrier.The killing curse is an unblock able curse cannot be stopped by another spell,except in circumstances of priori incantatem, where the caster and his opponent’s wands and spells are locked together.

An explosion of green fire may result if the spell hits something other than a living target
